Our Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Please read our policy below regarding returns and exchanges for both in-store and online orders.
For All Purchases (In-Store & Online):
Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition: unused, unopened, with all original items, and in their original packaging (if applicable).
Proof of Purchase Required: All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email for online orders).
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Gift cards
Clearance or sale items marked as "final sale"
Personalized or custom-made items
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
For In-Store Purchases:
Returns: Eligible items returned within 30 days with proof of purchase will receive a refund to the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is not available, a store credit will be issued.
Exchanges: Eligible items can be exchanged for another item of equal value or for store credit within 30 days, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.
For Online Orders:
Initiating a Return: To initiate an online return, please contact us at info@sunstonepotterysupply.com or 385-399-0984 within 30 days of your order delivery date. We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.
Return Shipping:
Defective/Incorrect Items: If you received a defective item or an incorrect item due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Other Returns: For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect color ordered), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor.
Exchanges: Unfortunately, we are unable to process direct exchanges for online orders. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
