Mud Tools Hax Tool
This is the tool you didn't know you were missing! The Hax Tool is an exceptionally useful tool for the hand builder. At almost 6″ long it can cover a lot of territory while still getting into tight spots with its end points. The Hax Tool's micro-fine teeth allow for detailed manicuring and finishing. The Hax Tool removes leather-hard clay with ease and also scores and blends wet surfaces. An added benefit of the Hax Tool is that it's bendable, so you can customize the shape to suit your sculpting needs.
Michael uses the following tool combination to achieve a fine finish on porcelain: a Hax Tool to remove and shape the clay, then wipe down with the White Finishing Mudsponge, and finally burnish with a Red Very Soft or a Yellow Soft Polymer Rib.
